Over the years we've found that there is one system that outsells every othe air conditioning product: The Hitachi Summit 3.5kw Inverter.

Where would you consider using one of these units?

* Small offices

* Converted lofts, garages and conservatories - people tend to use electric heaters. The Hitachi is cheaper to run and it doubles up as an air conditioner in the summer.

* Small server rooms - othe cooling systems in this price range do not have the auto restart feature, and more importantly, they tend not to work when the temperature is below 5 °C outdoors. This system will provide cooling down to -10°C outdoors.

What is included in this special offer price?

We will supplly and install the full Hitachi air conditioning system. With a maximum of 15m of connecting pipework and cable.

The indoor unit must be located on an outside wall at ground or first floor level. If an internal wall has to be used, there will be an additional charge involved to fit a condensate pump, please call us to discuss.

The outdoor unit can be installed no higher than 3m high and be must be located in an accessible position.

Is there anything not included in the price?

The only thing we havn't allowed for in this special offer is the electrical power supply to the outdoor unit. As every home and office is different we really do need to see the layout of the building to enable an accurate quotation to be given. However a temporary supply is included.

The strictly limited price is just £1050 + Vat, this is supplied, installed and commissioned anywhere in mainland Britain.

(Vat is 5% for residential installations and 15% for commercia)l.

Last month Mrs Tyrer from Bolton took advantage of our special offer.

Mrs Tyrer had recently bought herself a new fitted bedroom suite and had french doors installed. Unfortunatley for this to be possible her bedroom radiator had to be removed. This brought about two problems.
